Flag stamps

In response to the article 'Children's Stamps 1925, Postex Exhibition' by Henk Hospers in the bulletin of the Contact Group for the Child and Maximaphily, number 134/35, page 28, in which he remarks: “. . . I am missing something! Surely stamps are issued to...”
