Personal stamps France

France post stamps
For several years now, it has also been possible to have personalized stamps made at the French Post. La Poste de France has found this source of income as well. It can be done in the same way as at the Dutch PostNL. Online, one can download a photo, drawing, or image and add text to it.

The fixed border is, as in the example, kept very simple, with only the words FRANCE and La Poste. Furthermore, this example indicates MONDE 20 g, or 'world up to 20 grams'. Below that is stated: phil@poste. The French Post also uses personalized stamps to issue to meeting participants, thus for representative purposes. For instance, participants in a meeting of representatives of national philatelic organizations held in Paris on September 24, 25, and 26, 2009, each received a series of eight personalized stamps with the telling title: Addicted to Paris. Naturally, featuring the iconic Parisian symbol, the Eiffel Tower. Additionally, there are images of famous cityscapes and monuments. The personalized stamps were produced as self-adhesives with artificial perforations. By scanning a block of four from the sheet of 30 slightly darker, the perforations are clearly visible. Unfortunately, the French postal service was somewhat stingy by pressing the stamps together, making it impossible to cut individual stamps from the sheet without damaging the adjacent ones. 1. Rein, yes, those exist too. But in this case, because they were almost all people coming from other countries, the French postal service had chosen this framework. The stamps were intended for sending postcards, which were also available 'freely', but hardly any use was made of them.
