On February 16, 2026, PostNL will issue the New Dutch Design – Recurring Memories stamps, the first stamp sheet of this year in the New Dutch Design series.
The New Dutch Design – Returning Memories stamps bear a value of 1, intended for mail weighing up to and including 20 grams with a destination within the Netherlands. The validity period is indefinite.
