Maximum card expressiveness implemented in a broader context

A maximum card is a picture postcard with a cancelled stamp on the image side of the card. The images on the postcard and the stamp support each other with reciprocal imagery. There is also a mutually supportive relationship between the place name and date stamp and the images on the card and stamp. In other words, the term maximum card refers to the maximum coherence between card, stamp, and cancellation. Maximum card extension usage It is common practice for a collector of maximum cards to arrange and store their cards in an album in an orderly manner.
