Friedensreich Hundertwasser Friedensreich Hundertwasser, Frie… The name of this Austrian artist kept playing through my head, melodiously, like rippling water. That happened to me when I saw the announcement in an issue of the Austrian monthly magazine 'Die Briefmarke' (a publication of the Austrian Post and the joint associations) that Austria is commemorating his 80th birthday on September 18 (pre-sale August 22) with a sheet (€ 3,55) containing four stamps of 55c, 1,00, 75c, and 1,25 featuring images of his famous works.
