Do you know that two different sheets of Hafnia 24 were released? The standard sheet that was released at the beginning of this year and the expo edition as a limited edition sheet?

Hafnia 24: FEPA exhibition in Copenhagen, 17-20 October 2024

On December 24, 1624, the Danish King Christian IV signed a new ordinance concerning the implementation of postal delivery in the Kingdom of Denmark. With this, the Danish Post was established. In honor of 400 years of the Danish Post, the Copenhagen Philatelic Klub (KPK) has decided to hold a FEPA exhibition in Copenhagen from October 17 to 20, 2024.

The exhibition took place in the heart of Copenhagen in the old Ox Hall “Øksnehallen”, which was built in 1901 and is today one of the most iconic exhibition halls in Copenhagen. The hall covers a total of 5000 square meters and accommodates more than 1300 frames, dealers, etc.   Hafnia, the historical name for the Danish capital Copenhagen (Hafnia = Harbor). In Latin, the name of the city is Hafnia, a name that was also linked to the chemical element hafnium in 1923.

Hafnia 24: Exhibition sheet for sale at the exhibition

On October 1, PostNord issued a second exhibition sheet on the occasion of HAFNIA 24. The sheet is similar to the first sheet, which was released in January, and contains four DKK 25 stamps for domestic use.
Denmark (2024): 1st sheet Hafnia 24 with airplane 'green'.
The difference from the first sheet is that this time the airplane is in the bottom right. Orange is and not in green. The sheet is produced in 5000 numbered copies and will only be for sale at the exhibition. Sheets numbered 00001 through 01500 are sold at the Hafnia 24 information stand for DKK 100 per sheet.
Denmark (2024): 2nd sheet Hafnia 24 with 'orange' aircraft.
The very first sheet produced, numbered 00001, will be auctioned in connection with the opening of the exhibition on October 17 from 12:30 to 13:00. The proceeds from the sale will go to the exhibition. Source: hafnia24.com
